For this project I painted a picture I took in the Cape last summer because I liked how the different tides changed the color of the rocks. To create this I used a sponge and acrylic paint. I also used a lot of layering like you would if you were using water color.

The wide has risen into a steady blow. Sure as fate, I asked for it, and suddenly I was at the appointed place on time. I saw somehow I couldn't do it myself I would respond to hunger by trying to make people more aware of the hunger problem. This project shows someone begging for food and a time glass with no more time in it. the Quote of the outside helps portray the problem by saying "poor nutrition causes nearly half (45%) of deaths in children under 5 - 31 million children each year". First we put the map on to the box and painted the inside of it black. Next we made the figures and spray painted them to the desired colored. After we glued them inside and glued the quote to the outside of the box.
The saying "Bloom where you are planted" means to make the best of every situations. It means that even through you aren't where you want to be right now if you keep working hard you will get there. It can be in anyway so for this, even through we weren't great with calligraphy at the start we kept going to make it better. There was a lot of mistakes put we just kept going. I can bloom where i am planted by just continuing to work on my artwork.
It was created during the Renaissance with the painting The Last Supper by Leonardo Da Vinci. One point perspective is when orthogonal lines cross at a vanishing point. I used one point perspective with this painting because the sides of the brick walls are orthogonals that cross at a center point. Making it look like you are looking down a long hallway.
My favorite part of the portrait is my jacket and show shirt, my least favorite part how nose turned out and my shading at the top part of my helmet. I would have changed how I shaded my helmet instead of shading up and down I would but more of a curve to it to create the round shape of the helmet more. I would also change the shape of my nose be chase the bottom part looks a little strange. I mostly shaded using graphite and pressure but there were some tricky spots that I used smudging to help me with shading. I was surprised by how my portrait turned out. At the beginning I thought it was going to be really bad and I didn't think I could draw it but it ended up coming out a lot better than I thought it would. To create this artwork I started by sketching the outline on my silhouette then I moved on to creating my jacket and show shirt. Then moved on to my helmet and lastly did my face and shading to finish it off.
